Dr Zeev Sobol

Researcher in maths, online curriculum designer

Zeev Sobol, PhD. is Senior Lecturer in Mathematics at Swansea University. Zeev has spent over twenty-five years teaching maths to all ages and has developed a number of original techniques and tools for a maths curriculum. His research focuses on analysis of diffusion with application to hydrodynamics and financial mathematics. He also advises a team of twenty maths teachers from different countries in developing engaging and creative maths curricula.

Zeev works with maths teachers to advise on creative and exciting ways of teaching maths to all ages.

Zeev holds a PhD in Mathematics (2001) from University of Bristol and an MSc in Theoretical Mathematics (1994) from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
